They are all so customer service oriented, and it impresses me that they have so much consideration for their customers. Everything from their little footies to not track from outside to actually doing what they are trained to do. Today I heard pounding outside the house, and he explained there was a wasp nest inside my vent He sprayed and knocked out what he could. Then blew the vent out with an air tank he had with him. All in a light rain. He said I saved myself a lot of grief and money, because eventually the wasps would have plugged up the vent and the furnace would have automatically shut down.
