“We have used Bruening Heating and AC for years and they are TOP-NOTCH! Their office staff is so friendly and helpful and their technicians do a superior job in inspection, repair, and service. They take time to answer all our questions and inform us of how to best care for our furnace and air conditioner. Consequently, due to the superior products that they sell and their wonderful annual inspection and maintenance, our system is going on 20 years with absolutely no problems. “While replacing our roof, we were made aware of a code violation when a 1.25" roofing nail pierced the 3/4" refrigerant line that had been installed against the sheathing of our roof. Installation code required 1.5" of clearance for all refrigerant lines from any roof sheathing. When asked to remedy the situation, Bruening ignored our questions and also ignored multiple requests for their insurance information to file a construction defect claim and wanted to charge us $1805 to replace or repair the line. There was no difference in pricing for either service. We have since had a reputable local company repair the line. We were also provided with a pre-dated service visit invoice and were told that the technician "simply forgot" to tell us the payment was due during the visit. The date of the invoice was not changed to reflect the date received. The practices of ignoring insurance requests, allowing improper installation without informing the homeowners of potential future issues, and passing off billing policies as acceptable due to employee forgetfulness are reasons that we will never use Bruening again.”

“Exceptional! Emergency AC, called and talked to Brittany. Very professional and listened to my problem and assured me she’d have a tech out today. Kept in touch to keep me updated on when they would arrive. Young men were very courteous and professional. Fixed it had it up and running in no time! Thank you, Bruenning, job well done!!”

“Heat pump coils replaced about a year ago, just never seemed to be functioning quite right. Bruening's came back several months later and went through diagnostic and really didn't find anything wrong just reading a low coolant. Last week outside unit began frosting up Bruening sent Jared He worked on this unit for several hours comparing his work with Marty over the phone. Jared continued to work dedicated to finding the problem. Jared answered every question I ask of him, listened to everything I described to him. Jared never made me feel stupid for what I asked. Finally found the issue and part ordered, Marty installed the next day,, Unit has been functioning for over a week and running great. My compliments to the Bruening team for service and experience.
